Jorge Aguilar y Sus Embelecos

An innovative and exciting new project from musician, composer, artisan and researcher Jorge Aguilar. Drawing on 36 years of experience he brings us a fresh vision for the folklore of his Caribbean homeland connecting with the roots of gaitas, bailes cantados and oral tradition whilst looking to the future. More than just a solo project, Los Embelecos represent a culture and a community, they wish to entertain and educate, share and learn, explore and evolve in a positive way both within Colombia and abroad.
