The Almighty Groove
The Almighty Groove is the production imprint of John Hollis, a vehicle for music of his own creation featuring various different artists. Having worked in music management, production and performance since 1979, John began producing albums in the 1990s embarking on a pathway that was to become his life. Amongst others he is responsible for several albums with Colombian singer Totó la Momposina, Cuban band Asere, Bristol reggae dub collective AMJ, young welsh talent Cynefin and a whole string of collaborations from Papa Noel & Adan Pedroso to Catrin Finch & Seckou Keita and Billy Cobham & Asere.
